Steve Reiff and Phil Sandstrom have formed a new company, RSC Consulting, to provide business consulting services to customers in all industries. With a combined 50 years of broad business experience in all areas of planning, budgeting, reporting, and analytics, RSC Consulting provides practical and actionable results. In projects ranging from strategic financial planning, performance management (KPI/metrics/scorecards), and budgeting or planning, we can assist you at any stage in your process, including needs evaluation, systems design, model development, software evaluation, and implementation project collaboration. RSC Consulting is vendor-neutral and not affiliated with any software firm. As necessary, we may partner with experienced and qualified software implementation organizations to provide a comprehensive range of services.
